Can I sign up for a paid plan yet?

Not yet. We are in launch and for now only the free version can be used; we do not charge anything. The prices on this page are the ones we will have when the plans open. Message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know.

What does the free trial include?

Two weeks, up to 100 messages and comments, and everything you need to see the assistant at work: business setup, training, web chat and the WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook integration. No credit card required.

Are WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook connected yet?

The web chat and assistant training already work. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook switch on as soon as Meta gives its final approval. In the meantime, WhatsApp can be connected and has no message limit until we have the complete flow.

What is the difference between the $30 plan and the $50 plan?

The $30 plan focuses on replying instantly: it says whether something is available and whether the business offers a service, but you still handle the quotes and the appointments. The $50 plan adds a full feature: order tracking with totals, or a calendar with bookings, plus card and SINPE Móvil payments.

Can I have orders and a calendar at the same time?

Yes, on the $100 plan. The $50 plan includes one of the two, your choice. The $100 plan also allows multiple users and adds reminders with confirmations in a centralized calendar.

What if I have several businesses or several calendars?

Pricing is custom. Message us, tell us how you work and we will build it together.

What happens if I go over the message limit?

We will let you know before you reach the limit so you can change plans. We will not cut off your service all at once.

How does support work?

Support comes directly over WhatsApp. We help you set up your account and answer any question. Our support is in Spanish.
